Ashley is a physical therapist with 13+ years of pediatric experience and the founder of BBPT. Originally from Virginia, she went to James Madison University (Go Dukes!) for undergrad and Earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from VCU. In her free time she enjoys paddleboarding, exploring local places, traveling and spending time with friends, family and her 2 pups.
Haley is an occupational therapist with a passion for working with the pediatric population. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Florida State University and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from The University of St. Augustine. She was born and raised in St. Petersburg. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hanging out at the beach, and reading.
Sarah is a Speech-language Pathologist with experience working with a variety of speech and language disorders. She attended Florida State University for undergrad and received her masters in Speech-language Pathology from the University of South Florida. Sarah has a passion for finding fun and engaging ways to build communication skills. In her free time you can find her at a local coffee shop, the dog park, or doing yoga.
Amanda is a Board-Certified Music Therapist passionate about supporting children with medical needs. She received her undergraduate degree in music therapy with minors in psychology and songwriting from the University of Miami, and completed her music therapy internship at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando, FL. After earning her board certification, she pursued a Bachelor's Certificate in child life to expand her pediatric support knowledge and resources. Amanda is from Palm Beach County, FL and loves going to the beach and thrifting in her free time.
Shelby is a skilled occupational therapist with a passion for serving children and their families. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in psychology and exercise science from UNC Chapel Hill and received her doctorate degree in occupational therapy from the University of Florida. She was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area and is excited to serve families in her community! She has recently gotten married and adopted a puppy, “Sadie.” Her favorite occupations include playing volleyball, exploring local coffee shops, reading, and spending time with her family.
Tammy joins us from New York! A graduate of SUNY Downstate Medical Center, she has been practicing pediatric physical therapy since her graduation in 1984. She loves working with children, especially babies and has 2 of her own, now young adults.
She enjoys: hiking, swimming, playing golf and crafts. She loves yoga and incorporates her practice into therapy sessions. She has a passion for educating families and caregivers. Tammy is very excited to be bringing her practice to the Gulf coast.
Deanna is a skilled physical therapist with experience working with the pediatric population. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in health science from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls) and went on to pursue her Doctorate in physical therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Deanna now resides in Wesley Chapel where she lives with her husband and their hound dog Maverick. In her free time, she loves all outdoor activities including: fishing, paddle boarding, roller blading and dog parks galore. She is excited to educate and help families in the Pasco county area!
Jamie is a board-certified music therapist with a love for working in pediatrics with a special interest in development and rehabilitation. As a music therapist, she uses evidence-based music interventions to accomplish therapeutic goals. She earned her bachelors degree in music therapy from Florida State University and completed her internship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. She is from the Tampa Bay Area and enjoys exploring the outdoors and listening to podcasts in her free time.
